This policy describes how Web Graphic Design handles refund requests for professional services. Because our work involves time, expertise, and resources that cannot be recovered once applied, our refund terms are structured to be fair to both parties.
Project Deposits
Most engagements require a deposit before work begins. Deposits are non-refundable once project work has commenced, as they cover initial discovery, scoping, and planning work performed before any deliverables are produced.
If a project is cancelled before any work has begun, deposits may be refunded at our discretion, less any administrative costs incurred.
Project Cancellation After Work Has Started
If you cancel a project after work has begun, you are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the point of cancellation. We will provide an itemized accounting of work completed and the corresponding charges.
Payments already made in excess of the value of completed work will be refunded within 14 business days of the cancellation date.
Revisions and Dissatisfaction
We are committed to delivering work that meets the agreed-upon scope. Our contracts specify the number of revision rounds included. If you are dissatisfied with delivered work, the appropriate remedy is revision within the agreed scope — not a refund for completed work.
If you believe we have failed to deliver work meeting the agreed specifications, please contact us in writing and we will address your concerns. Disputes are handled through direct communication before any formal process.
Recurring Services
For ongoing monthly services (such as maintenance plans), you may cancel at any time with written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.
